The best way to make an appointment is to call our office at 973-746-0595.

If you are an existing patient and your insurance company requires a referral, kindly provide us advance notice of at least 72 hours. For a brand-new referral, you have to be seen by one of our doctors, as insurance companies require documented information on a patient before issuing a referral.

Yes. We offer inhouse blood services through Labcorp. A phlebotomist is available to draw blood during our regular business hours. Most blood work requires an 8-hour fast. We recommend not eating anything after midnight the night before and drinking 2 glasses of water in the morning.

We accept any patients aged 12 and over.

Yes. We have a parking facility in the back of the building located off of Walnut Street. Our entrance is also located through our parking lot. For directions to the practice, click here.

All renewals are processed electronically with the pharmacies. If a prescription needs renewal, you are to contact the pharmacy to have them send the request to us electronically. Even if you have no renewals on file. We need 24-72 hours notice for all refills to be processed.
